2014 saw a large number of campaigns being carried out across Germany to combat militarisation – appearances by the German armed forces at recruitment exhibitions, schools and universities were disrupted; military infrastructure, joint civilian-military installations and arms manufacturers were sabotaged and spray-painted. The past year also saw numerous rallies and demonstrations being held in solidarity with the emancipation project in Rojava. In August, activists trespassed on the Combat Training Centre (Gefechtsübungszentrum) near Magdeburg for the third time, sabotaging and spray-painting military logistical equipment there.

This video clip gives a brief chronological summary of the anti-militaristic events organised in Berlin and throughout Germany last year.
